How do I check the status of my new order? Has my package been shipped yet?Updated 2 years ago

All of our customers receive confirmation emails after they've placed an order in our system. Depending on when your order was placed you'll also receive another confirm email with tracking numbers once your package has shipped. Orders placed on Friday after 12pm usually aren't shipped until the following Monday.

Our domestic packages usually take between 7-10 business days to arrive. If you would like to check the status of your package to see whether it has shipped please sign into your account through our website. If you haven't received an email with tracking send us another email and we can check into it further. Thanks for your business.
