Entered The Wrong Address On Order!Updated 6 months ago

Please email [email protected] with “URGENT ADDRESS CHANGE + YOUR ORDER ID" as the subject line as soon as you have noticed the error. 

If your order has not yet been shipped, we will make the correction to your address for you.

If the order has shipped, you can change the address using the tracking provided in the shipping email, via the UPS.com website, it costs $15 to do address updates with UPS once the order has shipped, or you can opt in to pick up from the nearest facility to your address.

If you have a UPS my choice account, with your new address save, this should help override any issues made at checkout. 

We do not have the ability to edit or change the billing address once an order has been submitted.
