Warehouse Hours: 8 am - 4:30 pm 

Shipping Days: Monday - Friday

Shipping Cut Off: 12 pm PST

Holiday Processing Window:  November - January it can take 2-6 business days to process your order upon order placement.

Express Orders: All Express Orders are prioritized in the shipping queue but can still take 1-2 business days to ship. 

When It Ships How Long Til It Arrives? Ground: Anywhere from 1-5 business days domestically. We ship from Los Angeles, California.

International Transit Time Upon Shipping: 2-8 business days; there can be an extra 2-3 days added to customs processing from November-January

UPS Surepost: can take 10-25 business days (this is only used for PO boxes, Military, or upon request)

How Long do I have to Return? If you order from October 15 - Dec 15th, you have until January 15th to initiate an Exchange or Return with us. :)
