Holiday Processing Window:  November - January it can take 2-6 business days to process your order upon order placement.

Express Orders: All Express Orders are prioritized in the shipping queue but can still take 1-2 business days to ship.

Where Is Your Warehouse? We ship from Los Angeles, California.

International Transit Time Upon Shipping: There can be an extra 2-3 days added as your order goes through customs processing from November-January. 

UPS Surepost: can take 7-15 business days 

How Long do I have to Return? If you order from November 1st - Dec 15th, you have until January 15th to initiate an Exchange or Return with us. :)
