Right now we are only pre-charging Customs Fees & VAT Taxes for United Kingdom and Canada.

All international orders are subject to be charged an additional VAT or Customs Tax, these fees and taxes vary by country. 

SpiritHoods has no way of knowing what these charges will be as they vary by country and are based on the price you paid when purchasing on the SpiritHoods website. 

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. 

SpiritHoods is not responsible for any additional charges when they occur, and by law, we cannot declare prices lower than their actual value. 

If you used a discount code, we do honor that pricing on all international forms, but legally we cannot adjust anything lower than what you paid.  

You authorize us to designate a carrier to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise and advance (on your behalf) any duties and taxes owed by you.
